Construction Management The coordination of many rapidly moving parts under a strict budget and time frame is the task of construction management. Important difference. Our construction management team is a building team, not an observing team. There is generally no general contractor, nor is there a general contractor fee. Reliance Property Resources works solely for the owner under the textbook definition of construction management. We bid all sub-contractors and supervise their work. Require that they have insurance, do the work in accordance with plans and specifications, and process their invoices for payment. For our services we earn a flat fee based on total actual cost. All cost savings go to the owner, not to a general contractor. Reliance Property Resources experience ranges from a $15 million office building and all tenant improvements therein to the construction of office / warehouse and metal buildings, total building renovations, asbestos abatement, as well as fire code and ADA compliance.
