John H. Anderson
President

John holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management. He is also a Texas Real Estate Broker, a Certified Facilities Manager and a member of the International Facilities Management Association. For over 30 years he has lead Reliance Property Resources. Prior to founding RPR, John was General Manager in Prudential’s Real Estate Department as General Manager in charge of all Real Estate Property Development for the southern half of Texas.

Greg Cubbison
Vice President Leasing

Greg Cubbison holds a BA degree from The University of Texas at Austin as well as the Certified Administrative Manager (C.A.M.) designation from the Administrative Management Society. As a Texas Real Estate Broker, he has leased office, industrial, and retail space in Houston as both a project and tenant representation broker since 1981 and has been with Reliance Property Resources since 2004.

Candace Gibson
Property Manager

Candace Gibson graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BS in Interior Design. Candace’s experience in Facilities Management for Nokia, Inc. for 8 years has given Candace extensive expertise that has been invaluable to RPR for the last 5 years. Her strengths include Accounting and Lease Administration. Candace will pursue the RPA Designation this year.

Mary Cooper
Controller
Mary Cooper has 30 years of Accounting as well as Operating Accounting and Management Systems Software experience and has been the Controller at Reliance Property Resources for 18 years. Through her expertise, all financial statements including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Property Management statements are prepared monthly for all properties managed by RPR.

Margarita Grillo
Assistant Property and Marketing Manager

Margarita Grillo holds a BA in Radio and Television Communication from the University of Houston. Her extensive experience as a News Reporter for Telemundo, Channel 48 and as the National Public Relations Director for Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation have made her a great asset with tenant relations as well as the Marketing team at RPR.

Jack Murray
Vice President Engineering

Jack Murray has been with Reliance Property Resources for over 27 years. He is a Texas Class A Licensed Air Conditioning Contractor and holds a City of Houston Stationary Engineer License as well as a City of Houston Maintenance Electricians License. His knowledge and extensive expertise in Engineering and Construction Management is invaluable.

Sam Augustine
Building Engineer

Sam Augustine has been with Reliance Property Resources for 14 years. As Building Engineer, Sam takes care of all HVAC calls, alarm and life safety calls, plumbing and electrical issues.

Franklin Giraldo
Maintenance Engineer

Franklin Giraldo holds a Total Quality Management Certification and brings 15 years of apartment and commercial property maintenance experience. Franklin is responsible for all tenant related calls.
